This scholarship is for seniors graduating from North High, Tartan High, Hill-Murray, or Mounds Park Academy in Minnesota. To qualify, applicants must reside within the North St. Paul-Maplewood- Oakdale District 622; have demonstrated service and leadership in the community; have demonstrated a positive attitude toward home, school, and community; have an above average grade point; and have plans to attend college. Rotarian’s children are not eligible.
