Community Foundation For The Twin Tiers

This scholarship fund was created to give scholarships each year to graduating seniors who show characteristics of spunk, kindness and acceptance of all. They could attend a two or four year institution of higher education. Applicants must be a Northern Potter senior with an average of at least a “C”. Student should show need for financial assistance and be seeking a career in a field which is people oriented.
