Sylvia & Samuel Schulman Memorial Scholarship

National Council of Jewish Women - Los Angeles

This scholarship is for women who are single mothers entering or continuing school in order to learn a marketable skill that will lead to economic independence. To qualify, applicants must be residents or attending school in the Greater Los Angeles area in California, including portions of Ventura and Orange counties.
