The RBPA Scholarship

Established in 1997, the RBPA Scholarship Fund, Inc. was originally funded by a donation from Carolyn Jalbert in memory of her partner, Donna Tennant, one of the founding members of RBPA. Applicants with residency within the New England area (Maine, Vermont, New Hampshire, Massachusetts, Rhode Island, and Connecticut) are eligible for this scholarship. Applicants must be entering an accredited institution of higher learning no later than the following fall semester from the award year.
