The Wilhelmina J. Rolark Scholarship has been established to aid high school seniors who have demonstrated a passion in community service and social advocacy.
The Wilhelmina J. Rolark Scholarship is open to all high school seniors in the District of Columbia Metropolitan area. Applicants must have plans to attend college or university or certified media-related trade school, upon graduation from high school.
