Louisiana Office of Student Financial Assistance

This scholarship is for Louisiana residents who are enrolling full-time as first-time freshmen by the first semester following the first anniversary of high school graduation. This scholarship pays for tuition for skill or occupational training at any school within the Louisiana Community and technical College System, Louisiana approved Proprietary and Cosmetology Schools or Louisiana Public Colleges and Universities that do not offer a bachelor's degree.
