Applicant must be a resident of Bradford County, accepted into the music department of an accredited college or university pursuing a degree in music. The head of the music department of each eligible high school in Bradford County can nominate up to two candidates for the scholarship. The applicants will perform at a Towanda Music Society function for the selection committee.
