The scholarship program serves as an extension of one of the organization’s primary goals – to further the education of students enrolled in accredited college or vocational schools in programs related to power engineering, wind or solar energy, or the maintenance of wind turbines or solar power plants. To qualify for the scholarship, students must be enrolled in an undergraduate program at an accredited engineering school and be pursuing a career in power engineering with a focus or major in wind or solar generation, or be enrolled in an accredited wind or solar power plant technician program.
