Eligible applicants must be currently enrolled or planning to enroll in a career technical education program for certification (not an associate’s degree) located in Ventura County, Santa Barbara County, or Los Angeles County or in a Certificate Program at a community college in Ventura County, Santa Barbara County, or Los Angeles County. This award is for Ventura County residents who previously graduated from a high school in Ventura County or who will be graduating from a Ventura County high school or applicants who have lived in Ventura County for a minimum of 5 continuous years.
