This scholarship is for graduates of high schools in Wayne County, Ohio, who are enrolled full-time as sophomores or juniors in a four-year college or university. To qualify for this scholarship, applicants must have a major in teacher education leading to an undergraduate teaching degree and have a minimum 2.5 GPA. Applicants will be evaluated based on the criteria prioritized in the following order, academic achievement, good character and citizenship, leadership, extracurricular/co-curricular activities, community service, and financial need.
