Applicant must be a graduating senior from Fredericksburg High School or Fredericksburg High School Alternative School or a graduate of Fredericksburg High School or Fredericksburg High School Alternative School who would have qualified for the scholarship in his/her graduating year. Applicant must be either a student who has participated in the Fredericksburg Academic Boosters Mentoring Program for 2 years prior to the student’s senior year of high school without consideration of their high school ranking OR a student who is/was ranked in the bottom 50% of the student’s graduating class at Fredericksburg High School or Fredericksburg High School Alternative School.
