    make it into the honors program after your first semester and if you have a 3.5 gpa it opens many doors and sadly not many students know about it and the possibility of earning an honors degree. it is not extra work. it is just a lot of fun and there are easy ways to earn the honors degree!

    Going for both years will save you a lot of money. Also, there are a lot of resources available, make sure you use them. Even if you don't think you can get financial aid, make sure because there are a lot of opportunities.
