In three sentences I love DuBous, it is a very small campus and I do not live far from the school. I feel I can get a great education here and I am excited to be attending Penn State.

Categories Comments Great for these types of students Penn State Dubious is great for all types of learners, advanced and the not so advanced. The professors are willing to work with all kinds of learners.
Tips for prospective students Definitely apply early and apply for every scholarship available, even if you may not need it (or think you don't). It is the best choice you can make.
Bang for the buck For the low tuition the quality of the education and the friendliness of all the staff. I just am astonished with the sophistication of the campus as a whole.
Am enjoying being here I absolutely love being on campus. It is beautiful with all the flowers and the landscaping. It is just beautiful when the butterflies are flying in the courtyard outside the union.
Am learning a lot Penn State Dubious has already taught me a great deal. The professors are willing to sit down and help on a personal level. The other students are also willing to tutor.

Tips for prospective students 1.Know your advisers- they can help you with everything! 2.Keep your- syllabus- most teachers live by these so don't lose them! 3.Talk to financial aid often- you never know what type of financial aid is out there! 4.Be on time- professors notice who comes in on time all the time and takes that into consideration when calculating final grades. 5. Manage your time wisely- in college you don't have someone telling you when to do your work, so you have to figure out how to manage your time 6. Ask questions- don't be afraid to ask questions, if you have a question, chances are someone else wants to know the answer also! 7. Organization is the key- You don't want to lose anything! Everything that your professor gives you is important! 8. HAVE FUN!
