One big tip I can give to prospective students who are thinking about going to Valley is to be determined and focus on what you want. There can be a lot of obstacles that will get in the way of getting an education. Try your best and do not give up when things get hard, you are not the only one who is having a hard time! If you stay focused and calm (even though it is hard) I guarantee you that you will be successful.

Be active on campus by getting involved in many extracurricular activities around the campus. Also use the tutoring center for help with classwork or general academic concerns too!! Also, DO NOT SLACK OFF!!!! You will easily fall behind if you do and your grades will reflect that.
