The professors here are incredibly knowledgeable about their subject areas. They are all sociable, and incredibly helpful. I learn more then just what's in the text books.

I am in the undergraduate Nursing program and love it here. The Nursing professors are nice, helpful, and well educated. Though the school holds high standards and requirements for my major, they are helpful and it's passable if you try and study hard.

It is certainly difficult to condense and summarize the experiences of 1,000 very different women but I find USJ to be predominately a positive, accepting, and academically-driven place. The people I have met here are driven, over-achievers, friendly, hard-working, and compassionate. I do believe that university provides the means to achieve excellence for those who pursue such.

USJ has a small campus with teachers that are always willing to help and free tutors whenever you need one. This environment is set up for you to achieve, with advisers always there to help and there are plenty of opportunities to meet with other students who graduated with the same attended major. In addition, there is always a ton of things to do on campus whenever you have free time, this can range from making cell phone cases to movie nights!

This school is one of many good schools but I would not recommend this school for someone like me who does not want to be forces to take religious classes that are not relevant to my major or future grad studies. It's a nice school, there's not a lot to do on campus, and its very quiet on the weekends.

Saint Joe's has an awesome nursing program. The class sizes were small, each professor had an idea of how I was doing in other courses and even the Dean knew my name and how I was doing! I was amazed at how personal and empowering my experience was at this small Women's college.

So far, this school is my first choice and I'm glad to have gotten accepted. I cannot wait to move in and experience the college life with fellow females. Also, with the scholarship I've earned, this school seems to be the more affordable out of every other I've applied to.

At the University of Saint Joseph, the faculty is very personable and caring. The classrooms are no larger than 25 students, so we receive individual attention. The instructors get students involved and keep the subjects interesting.
