Piedmont International University is a Bible-centered Christian college in Winston-Salem, North Carolina. Academics at PIU are divided among six schools of Bible & Theology, Ministry, Teacher Education, Business, Leadership, and Arts & Sciences. As a Christian institution, Piedmont requires every student to attend chapel and participate in the ministry of their local church. Students are also expected to attend the university’s periodic special conferences, such as Prayer Emphasis Week.
