This scholarship is for non-traditional students attending participating two- and four-year schools in Colorado, New Mexico, Wyoming, and Utah. To qualify for this scholarship, applicants must demonstrate financial need. Scholarship recipients are determined by the individual colleges and universities in the four-state region.

- Adults entering or returning to college
- GED recipients

- Juvenile justice youth

- Individuals pursuing EMT/paramedic training
- Individuals pursuing Early Childhood Education (ECE) certification
