Applicant must be an Oregon resident, be enrolled or planning to enroll full time in a program leading to a bachelor's degree or a teaching certificate in elementary or secondary education, and demonstrate financial need. Preference is given to African-American, Asian, Hispanic, or Native American applicants, dependents of Oregon Education Association members, or applicants who demonstrate a commitment to teach autistic children.
