This scholarship is interested blacksmiths and immediate family members of the Arizona Artist Blacksmith Association (AABA). To qualify, applicants must have been members for at least one year prior to their application. The scholarship is awarded based on applicants' strong desire for continued and serious investigation of the craft, history of commitment and legitimate interest in the blacksmith craft, quality of work as demonstrated by visual materials, records of professional activity and achievement, benefit to the Arizona Artist Blacksmith Association, and demonstration of involvement with and commitment to AABA.
