Scholarship Overview

This scholarship is for students currently enrolled in a minimum of 12 hours in a mortuary science education program at an accredited mortuary science school. To qualify for this scholarship, applicants must have at least one, but not more than two semesters of mortuary science school remaining following the application deadline and be properly registered with the Kansas State Board of Mortuary Arts. Scholarships will be awarded based on academic achievement, leadership qualities, financial need, and special abilities. Preference will be given to applicants who intend to practice in Kansas.
