Applicants must be a graduating senior from New London Spicer High School who's been accepted for post-secondary education/training in an accredited University, College or Vocational/Technical School as a first year student pursuing a degree in an outdoor recreation related field (such as DNR, wildlife biology, conservation or similar field of study.)
