Arthur W. Elder II Scholarship
Baltimore Community Foundation (BCF)
Established in memory of Arthur W. Elder II, a 1974 graduate of the former Lake Clifton High School, this scholarship is for a student who may not have lived up to his or her full potential in high school, but who wishes to pursue higher education. Preference will be given to students graduating from Heritage High School, but this scholarship is open to students from any public high school in Baltimore City who have maintained a “C” average and have participated in high school athletics or other extra-curricular activities.
