This scholarship is for entering ninth grade students at Bishop Lynch High School in Dallas, Texas. To qualify for this scholarship, applicants must demonstrate financial need. Preference will be given to previous recipients of this scholarship and those planning to attend or currently attending a public college or university in the state of Texas.
