This fund was established by the family, friends, and colleagues of Carol Hutchison Lepley, who was killed in an automobile accident in 1989 at the age of 28. In tribute to her memory and ideals, they would like to assist a female graduate of Bellevue Senior High School in pursuit of a business career to attend college and to grow strong, personally and professionally.
