To support a student who desires to return to college to complete a degree, develop a new career, or gain greater proficiency in their chosen field of endeavor. Open to Candidates whose higher education plans have been interrupted but who now seek an Associates Degree, a specific program Certificate, or desire to prepare for transfer to a four-year program in their field.
