This scholarship is for children or grandchildren of current full-time employees of Digestive Health Specialists in North Carolina. Employees can be physicians assistants, registered nurses, or other medical and support personnel. To qualify for this scholarship, applicants must be graduating high school seniors; have a minimum cumulative 3.0 GPA and a transcript reflecting a challenging course selection; demonstrate outstanding leadership, school service, and community involvement; and demonstrate financial need, but not restricted to lower incomes (student’s financial need and merit will be equally weighted).
