These scholarships are for undergraduate college students who either suffer from a medically diagnosed debilitating condition or are students majoring in special education who are scheduled to take one major-required class in the upcoming fall semester. There are awards for each type of eligibility, and an essay requirement for each. See website for complete information and different essay guidelines.
