All applicants must reside in the Fairview Lakes region: Pine City to Lino Lakes; Highway 65 to Wisconsin border. Fairview Lakes Medical Center employees and their children are also eligible regardless of residence. This scholarship is for a student pursuing a career in nursing or other medical field.
