To be eligible for the Dr. F. Ross Byrd Scholarship, an applicant must be: a graduate student with a minimum of one quarters or one semesters of graduate classes to complete, or a graduate student pursuing an advanced degree in business education or a related education field (Career and Technical Education Administration, Business & Marketing, Curriculum, etc.) a current, dues-paying member of WSBEA
