This scholarship is for graduating seniors of E.E. Smith High School who would not otherwise have the opportunity to attend college. Judges will also consider academic performance, special hardship circumstances in family, community activities, educational/careers goals and plans for attaining them, applicant appraisal by others, and applicant’s knowledge and fostering of the E.E.
