The Elaine Moser Scholarship was established to honor the retirement of Miss Elaine Moser, educator for thirty-two years. Miss Moser was Principal of Richton Elementary School for twenty-nine years, prior to her retirement. Miss Moser, an outstanding Christian, educator and citizen applied her intellectual and creative abilities to many aspects of the school, church and community activities.
