Ellis W. Rowe Scholarship

Hampton Roads Community Foundation

This scholarship is for undergraduate and graduate students from Gloucester County, Virginia. To qualify for this scholarship, applicants demonstrate financial need and plan to enroll full-time at a four-year college or university. Preference is given to students attending Virginia Wesleyan College or another Methodist college and those studying marine science, nursing, ministry, medicine, the humanities, agriculture, biology or other basic sciences.
