Frances Parker Rupert Memorial Fund for Music and the Performing Arts

This fund provides college scholarships to gifted students. Applicants will be considered based on their potential to develop an existing talent in music and/or the performing arts and their desire to enhance that ability. Evidence of usage of the applicant’s music and/or performing arts abilities and financial need will also be considered. Applicants must be a graduating senior from a high school in Alleghany County, Bath County, Covington, or Clifton Forge and enroll full-time in an accredited two- or four-year college or university pursuing a degree in music or the performing arts.
