For Chinese or Chinese American students from anywhere in Hampton Roads (including the Peninsula and Gloucester County) to attend a four-year college or university. This is a one-year, one-time only scholarship; it will not be renewed. Students must demonstrate outstanding academic achievement and exceptional potential in the areas of citizenship and leadership. This award is merit-based; financial need is not a factor.
