This scholarship is for graduating seniors at Hartford Public High School in Hartford, Connecticut, and Hall High School in West Hartford, Connecticut. To qualify for this scholarship, applicants must rank in the top third of their class and plan to enroll full-time in a four-year college/university to study engineering.
