This scholarship is for residents of North Carolina, Virginia, West Virginia, Maryland, or Tennessee, who have active novice class amateur radio licenses or higher. To qualify for this scholarship, applicants must attend an accredited four-year college or university, pursue studies toward a Bachelor of Science degree in a field of engineering, demonstrate financial need, and be US citizens.
