Hampton Roads Community Foundation
This scholarship is for self-identifying lesbian, gay, bisexual, transgender (LGBT) students graduating from high schools in Chesapeake, Hampton, Newport News, Norfolk, Portsmouth, Virginia Beach, or Suffolk in Virginia. To qualify for this scholarship, applicants must demonstrate financial need and plan to enroll at an accredited, four-year nonprofit college or university. Consideration will be given to the level of involvement in the LGBT community.
