This scholarship is open to graduating seniors or non-traditional students residing in the St. Marys Area and Ridgway Area School Districts. The candidate must be a U.S. Citizen and enrolled in a college, university, community college, or vocational school in Pennsylvania and pursuing either an associate or baccalaureate degree.
