Hazel Porter Hess and George R. Hess Memorial Scholarships

These scholarships are for seniors from Loudoun County High School in Leesburg, and Loudoun Valley High School in Purcellville, Virginia. To qualify for this scholarship, applicants must have been residents of Loudoun County for at least two years and be accepted by and attend a fully accredited college, university, or technical college. Applicants must demonstrate financial need; be in the top one-third of class rank; have high scholastic achievement; and demonstrate high standards of character and citizenship. The following individuals are not eligible to apply for this scholarship: employees of Wells Fargo and their family members and ancestors; and family members and ancestors of any co-trustee or scholarship selection committee member.
