This scholarship is for full-time students who demonstrate financial need and have resided in Harrison, Gregg, Marion, Panola, or Upshur county in Texas for at least 24 months. To qualify for this scholarship, applicants must be attending a non-tax-supported college or university in Texas, or Centenary College in Shreveport, Louisiana.
