ICA Scholarship

Illinois Counties Association (ICA)

This scholarship program is for residents of Illinois who have been accepted into an accredited college or university. Applicants must be enrolled full-time and plan to continue the entire academic year without interruption. Preference will be given to applicants demonstrating a dedicated pursuit toward a career in governmental public service or public administration.
