This scholarship is for high school seniors who have an account with Island Federal Credit Union in New York. A debit card and checking account is required and the account must be established in the students' name at the time of entry. Applicants must have been accepted into a full-time course of undergraduate study as freshmen at a university, college, community college, or recognized vocational school.
