Jefferson County graduating seniors or recent graduates planning to attend a two or four-year college or university, vocational, or trade school and have completed four years of regular 4-H. Criteria evaluated: 4-H participation, academic achievement, community activities, financial need. Scholarship applications available at the Jefferson County Extension Office.
