Applicant must be a graduating senior of Norwayne High School or Wooster High School, located in Wayne County, Ohio. Applicants must be enrolled or enrolling in a two- or four-year college or university and planning to pursue a college degree in the area of business, education, or political science. Norwayne applicants must have attended at least one year at Norwayne Elementary or Norwayne Middle School.
