A fund of the Waltersdorf-Henson Endowment Challenge for the benefit of USMH to administer and provide scholarships for qualified students, with preference given to Washington County residents. Scholarship sub-funds include: 1) City of Hagerstown Scholarship 2) Board of County Commissioners Scholarship 3) Citi Scholarship 4) STEM Science, Technology, Engineering or Mathematics Scholarship 5) The Florence H.
