These scholarships are for women in Williamson County, Texas. 1 traditional scholarship will be awarded to a female high school student entering her first year of college and 1 non-traditional scholarships will be for a woman pursuing a professional education or state certification. To apply, applicants must submit a typed 750-1,000-word essay on what leadership means to them and how they would develop such leadership skills.
