This scholarship is for high school seniors and college freshmen, sophomores, and juniors who are legal US residents. To qualify for this scholarship, applicants must be residents of and/or attend a school in one of the eligible states: Alabama, Arkansas, Florida, Georgia, Illinois, Indiana, Iowa, Kentucky, Louisiana, Mississippi, Missouri, North Carolina, South Carolina, Tennessee, Texas, or Virginia. High school seniors must be 13 years of age or older and college students must be 16 years of age or older.
