The mission of the St. Paul Scholarship Foundation is to provide students an equal educational opportunity to achieve success by providing financial assistance when attending an institution of higher learning in Texas, without regard to race, ethnicity, national origin, gender, age, socioeconomic background, religion, sexual orientation or disability.
