Taylor J. Ertel Scholarship Fund for Foster Children

First Community Foundation Partnership of Pennsylvania

This scholarship is for Pennsylvania residents who have been placed in foster care by a child welfare agency at some point in their lives. To qualify for this scholarship, applicants must demonstrate financial need and be enrolled in a program of study ranging from short vocational courses through college and graduate degrees. Scholarships are awarded on a first-come first-serve basis.
