The Retired Enlisted Association (TREA)

This scholarship is for students with a parent, grandparent, or great-grandparent who is a member in good standing of TREA or TREA's National Auxiliary, or is a deceased TREA or TREA Auxiliary member in good standing at the time of his/her demise. To qualify for this scholarship, applicants must be current year high school graduates or currently be enrolled in an institution of higher learning. Applicants must meet all the prerequisites for entering the college, university, or vocational/technical school chosen and enroll full-time. Special consideration will be given to applicants demonstrating financial need (if justified). Students studying abroad are not eligible; adults or emancipated children are not eligible. To apply for this scholarship, applicants must submit an essay about how they think their generation will impact the country.
